I would like to enroll to the MPM program, however, I am not currently residing in the Philippines. Will I be allowed to enroll?

As long as an applicant complies with the requirements of their desired program, they can apply for admission to UPOU.

Admission to MPM Program is open to the following:

• Philippine-based and offshore-based applicants
• Foreign nationals

With regard to applying for a student visa, UPOU does not require its students to be in residence in the Philippines; hence, it could not assist in the issuance of Student Visa (9F).
