Students must follow the following sequence of instructions in applying for a Comprehensive Examination:
- Step 1: Mail or bring all application requirements to:
The Records Section
Office of the University Registrar
UP Open University
Los Baños, Laguna 4031 Philippines
or email scanned copies to records@upou.edu.ph.
- Step 2: Wait for an email from the Faculty of Study (FEd, FICS, or FMDS) for further instructions.
